To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their explicit consent. Each account is for use by a single audiology practice.
We may offer a free trial period during which you can use the Service at no charge. At the end of the trial period, your account will be limited or suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offers at any time without notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account and all associated AI-generated content will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Do not enter, store, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI) — including patient names, dates of service, diagnoses, or treatment information — through the platform. We are not responsible for any HIPAA violations arising from misuse of the Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding content generated for your account), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Audiology Website Builders. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the practice information you provide and the AI-generated content produced for your specific account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your practice information solely for the purpose of generating your marketing content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDIOLOGY WEBSITE BUILDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
